HEAD OFFICE

GBCo, Head Office is ideally located in the heart of Al Khobar.

GBCo organization in Al Khobar consists of the following divisions:

EXECUTIVE OFFICE

The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the strategic planning, overall management and functioning of the company. Division Heads report directly to the C.E.O. on a daily basis in conjunction with the corporatemandate. While the Chief Executive Officer deals with most major issues of the Company, a considerable amount of decentralization is adopted throughout the hierarchy chain, whereby all Division Heads have maximumdecision-making authority, to ensure speedy and efficient performance in accordance to policy.

BUSINESS UNITS

The various divisions of MSG & Bros. are managed by qualified and experienced managers who bring forward awealth of business acumen in executing all projects from the planning to execution stage. They are supported by welltrained project controllers and supervisors who ensure quality assurance and follow through practices.

OPERATIONS

The Division undertakes complete responsibility of all projects from the planning stage to the executioninclusive of scheduling and pertinent logistics to ensure a smooth and successful flow of operational activity. The division’s management is supported by Controllers, Supervisors and Support Staff who monitor project performance and manage client’s queries and our staff welfare. All project controllers are contactable 24hours a day/7 day a week with corporate designated mobile phone.

ADMINISTRATION and PERSONNEL

The division provides administrative and personnel management support to all of the MSG & Bros. bymaintaining updates on all legal documentation, certificates, visas, passports, Iqama’s renewals, attestationsetc. and attends to Government Relations issues. It is supported by a team of qualified Saudi and other ArabNationals staff who is well experienced in this field and fully aware of compliance with the Saudi Laws andregulations.

FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING

The Chief Accountant is responsible for all financial management, records and controls, preparation of budget forecasts, bank dealings and monthly financial accounting and reporting. Financial information is fullyautomated with up-to-date software from Penygon. MSG & Bros. division managers are furnished withmonthly financial project performance reviews as well as budget details to ensure that each project isfinancially managed effectively to ensure project continuity. Moreover, the division is supported by a wellentrenched team of accountants who have an average experience of 17 years in the service sector dealingwith all aspects of financial issues.

INTERNAL AUDIT

The division is responsible to provide an independent assessment of organizational compliance andvalidation of established measures by reporting directly to the Chairman and CEO of the Group. A monthlyreport on each division is provided with corresponding recommendations for mitigating risks and/or improvingprocedures when needed.

MARKETING & SALES

The division is responsible for the advertising and promotion, divisional sales to our valued clients andtarget market approved names. In addition, the senior management of the group demands that particular attention be provided for after sales support. The division is assisted by a team of well experienced salesrepresentatives to ensure that our array of services is accurately communicated and geographical covered.

QUALITY ASSURANCE/CONTROL

The division is responsible for the groups International service standards, ISO 9001:2008 compliancestandards and to ensure quality assurance and controls in accordance to the directives of the Chairman.

TRAINING DIVISION

Regular training is one of the core values of the company. All management staff is required to attend inhouse seminars, attend regional training and expos to be abreast of the latest technology, techniques andfor the good of general staff development. Such training, seminars and expos sharpens the skills andawareness for our staff that translates into improved customer care, efficiency as well as for the benefit of the organization and themselves.

INTEGRATED TECHNOLOGY

The division provides the organization with the latest technology in computer automation and service toensure that our server and operations are in full swing at all times. The division manager is also supportedby a team of IT specialists who coordinate upgrades and system checks routinely

PUBLIC RELATIONS

The division is a key component to our organization by ensuring that publicity in the form of press ads, Government relations, Corporate Social Responsibility is accurately communicated, to reflect our companyvalues. The division manager is supported by a team of well experienced Saudi personnel to expediterelations with the public and Government alike, in accordance to the C.E.O. and Chairman’s directives.
